It's a good thing that I frequently browse art and craft magazines and catalogs or I wouldn't have had this idea absolutely land in my lap. The idea for this spider comes from an Indygo Junction pattern that can be purchased online via several craft retail stores called "My Garden Zips Pin Pattern" (see photo on right; spider is on top left). And I had a pair of Greta's old worn jeans that I knew would never fit Josie, so I cut out the zipper to use for this project. I did want to make sure I used a metal zipper and not a vinyl one.
